Hey y'all! Welcome to another cup with me. Today I decided to share with you a reward technique, I've recently heard about and once again I decided to invent a name for it š
We all agree that we need some tiny rewards to boost our productivity!
And here it is:
You should take some marbles or even pieces of paper that should be of 2 colors!
Let's say the majority is blue and 20% are red; so when you finish a big task that you think is something you should reward yourself for, you go to your bowl of papers (marbles) and take one of them out BLINDFOLDED (not looking ofc does work as well)
If the one marble you get out is red (or any other color you have chosen) then you GOTTA REWARD YOURSELF WITHOUT FEELING BAD! āØcause the marbles themselves are telling you that you deserve itāØš š»
But now you must be thinking that there's no reward on your mind .. because yes we all have our mood swings and when you aren't motivated you just aren't but wait I got you:
Here are some ideas

Room party: Just turn on some music and have a solo party, it always cheers me up.
Watch a movie/ your favorite series
Make yourself a good meal and eat it while enjoying the feeling of having something done
Get cozy and have your favorite drink by your side while chilling and vibing to your favorite playlist
Read anything you want
Binge YouTube
Sleep early
Call a friend
Dress up and make your own fashion show (in your room ofc)
Study more (no just kidding lol)- or if you want to, it's your choice :p
